Mostly good because everything went through smoothly and I'm very happy with my new car. My only gripe is that I was promised a follow-up call the following week to see how I was getting on and to arrange a service package. This didn't happen.

Friendly staff. Wee bit disappointed when told I wouldnt get the aftercare kit to follow up the exterior and interior protection that came with the car. Previously owned cars that I had Diamond Brite and Supaguard applied came with a bag of products
