Neil Paterson, sales executive, was extremely helpful and made the whole process of buying the car very easy. He took time to explain all the attributes of the new car and arranged for us to take a test drive in a car with BMW Genius, Paul.

Easy online booking for minor service. Cusory call to confirm booking. Easy drop off and work prioritised to allow quick turn round thus saving a journey home. Car given full inspection with written feedback. Costs reasonable for a high end vehicle.
