My only concern was concerning the e-sign document system. It worked first time, but after that it just did not work. We resorted to 'paper and pen' which I prefer any way. Otherwise everything was good with the whole process.

The experience was fantastic from start to finish of buying a new car. No pressure or rushing me to hurry up. I'm classified as disabled due to a brain injury from a stroke. Amy was patient and was happy to repeat anything I asked regarding the car.

Unfortunate to run into a delay as air was trapped in the breaking system. Staff were very friendly and kept my wife informed and arranged a courtesy vehicle when unable to fix timeously. Received follow up calls from the service manager Duncan also!

Car overheated morning after collection. BMW Assistance attended and confirmed no coolant in system. Technician identified only plausible explanation as expansion tank being removed during bonnet latch replacement and not being refilled properly.

Easy online booking for minor service. Cusory call to confirm booking. Easy drop off and work prioritised to allow quick turn round thus saving a journey home. Car given full inspection with written feedback. Costs reasonable for a high end vehicle.
