Very relaxed atmosphere. Great coffee! Informed and understanding staff who respond to customer needs. Ross (sales) was excellent for both myself and BMW. Upsold me from initially looking at a used car to a new model. Who knew that's what I wanted!

On occasion, I seemed to sit on my own for some time while waiting on the next step in the sales handover process. Also - the background music in the showroom was TERRIBLE and louder than comfortable (almost like being in a night club!!)

Car was received with a faulty battery which had to be immediately changed. Not a major issue but not ideal and shouldn't happen with a brand new car.

I like the video that is sent which gives me a good insight into how my car is looking mechanically. I get the best advice from reception staff on what if anything is needing done to fix any issues I have raised.

The overall experience was good. When I asked about extending my BMW warranty (which I thought I should be able to do at the dealership)I was advised that I had to go online to do it

Service not as expected for a BMW dealership. More than happy to discuss this further with a BMW representative as I never really got much success from Douglas Park in Stirling or Douglas Park group service manager.
