We were very satisfied. There was an issue on the delivery of the car due to a software product recall but we were kept in the loop regarding this and they got the car transported to the branch as soon as possible

From the initial phone call reception was apologetic that we had an issue and similarly with Heather in service, managed to sort out a car at short notice. Unfortunately this was not the case at BMW Hamilton who couldn't sort a car till 5 th January

There was some confusion on my part when I booked the service as the info on the car indicated an oil service only but a full service was needed. Despite me turning up at two thirty for the oil service, they managed to do the full one before con!

A decade of return service speaks volumes especially when many including myself have negative views, or have have had bad experiences with some dealerships In the past. It's not the BMW brand that makes Douglas Park BMW but the people working there.

I come from a distance and wait, which I like to minimise. I was disappointed to arrive at 8am and still be sitting looking at my car where I had parked it one and half hours later with nothing even started. Service itself was fine and staff helpful.

Staff are friendly, but Douglas Park appears to persist in profiteering behaviours that erode trust. I've raised the same pricing issue several times and get stung on each service. Douglas Park is my local dealership, but I'm thinking of moving back.
