We just had the big service for our BMW - it was nearly £500 and so price is an issue. We were also hoping our Sat Nav would have been updated but this didn't happen, as we discovered on the motorway today!

I had agreed with the dealership that I would drive around 15000 miles per annum and at no time over the past 2.5 years was I prompted to ensure this final and very expensive service must be completed within 38000 miles.

Serviced the car and did a great job of cleaning
Compared to my experience in 2010 when I had multiple complaints, the service now is truly excellent. The service receptionist was ready for my arrival, remembered my name, showed me to me courtesy car, made sure I was happy with it.
Helpful, listened to my concerns with the car , kept me informed.
Any work carried out in the workshop has been done to a very high standard The staff are very courteous and are good at explaining any work which has been done. I have been very satisfied with the workshop and sales staff over many years.
Since the service managee had already asked me to bring the car in for a replacement part, disappointed that it had to be ordered and repair then took 2 days.
I know that the car will be serviced properly and that I won't have any worries about it.
Only reason was my x3 was booked in for 2 days And at the end of the 2nd day I didn't receive a call to tell me that my car was ready. I had to phone up the next day-to find out that my car was ready for pick up.
Douglas park provided a video detailing work done and condition of my car
5 star because no issues so far.
The work I asked for was completed to my satisfaction. The QE on the intercooler was flagged up and carried out (a decent loan car was supplied without question) and customer service manager Duncan Millar replaced my remote key battery f.o.c. Cheers!

The overall experience was poor but my car was fixed and that's why I can say that there was some satisfaction.
My husband took the car down and got himself home. I received a video telling me of the progress. However, it wasn't until 4.45pm that they phoned to say it was ready. Garage closes at 5pm, so it was a rush. No blame though, it was my husbands fault.

Always well organised, can usually can accommadate me waiting for the vehicle.
Car pre-booked in at a specific time for a specified straightforward service yet nearly 6 hours until it was returned.

largely excellent --- desk and 'phone staff can occasionally be slightly terse - speak too quickly as if in a hurry
On the last occasion, I visited the dealership, to present the vehicle to you to have the ERG valve cooling system upgraded as per BMW'S vehicle recall to the workshop to receive the necessary fix.
All the staff in the service department were friendly, especially when I mentioned I had a dog for transport to get me home. Everyone smiled and was polite so couldn't have asked for more.
They came and picked up the car kept me updated with its progress and delivered it back

In short, My car had 2 punctures and an issue with a valve on another tyre. I managed to get 2 miles out of my car before the issues started. After multiple visits to the garage I was £300 lighter and was initially refused the return of my old tyres.

I can find no fault with the attention I received at Park - from reception where I was always offered a cup of coffee to the final signing. The handover yesterday was excellent. Paul Kerr, BMW Genius, was infinitely patient with me.
