Completely dissatisfied is an understatement. The 5yr service plan is worthless and tricks BMW owners into believing all service work required will be carried out including all fluid changes when in fact it only covers certain work and not all fluids

Everything was fine
Gemma was quick to offer to try and assist with a technical issue with a newly purchased vehicle whilst the expert was busy. Although not able to relive the issue herself arranged for a tech expert to contact me when they became available.
Left my car all day to have two alloys changed as agreed at previous visit. Picked up car at 4pm to find only one alloy changed. No one from customer service called and i was caught on the hop by the news.

I asked for the power socket where a cigarette lighter would be to be checked as it is not charging my sat nav and got home after the service and it was still not charging my sat nav so overall disappointed
I was a bit annoyed at the attitude of the customer service person I spoke to, as to why my service record hadnt been reset, and felt pressured to have work done, when no wear indicators had come on?
Explanation of what was being carried out and information given when I got the car back was first class.
Only been driving BMW for 5 years but never felt more like a valued customer in all my years owning a car. Not just the Ultimate Driving Machine, more like the Ultimate Customer Experience!
The car was serviced, and enhancements installed. I experienced no problems whatsoever when I received my car back after being cleaned for me. I had to contact the branch a few days later to ask them to forward on the relevant service paper work.
Tyre insurance issue in detail below. The service dept could not establish I had the insurance I thought I had, but Peter Vardy Edinburgh where I purchased the vehicle advised later that I definitely had insurance and it should have easy to confirm.

I brought my car in due rear brake cluster cable connector fault. I also asked them to take a look at roof bars and supply and fit wiper blades. Roof bars still rattle, wipers cost £50! Worst of all they missed a indicator bulb thats blown

Due to a BMW Technician error, after a short period of time after the vehicle Brake Service was carried out I had to contact BMW mobile care and arrange for the vehicle to be uplifted by a Rescue Vehicle and returned to Douglas Park Stirling

I was told that my car would take 1 day to repair. Then was told it would be an extra day. Then was told it would be Monday. I had to take a holiday to pick my car up. When I got it the nav didn't work. I had to take it back had day hol wasted!!!

It was a tense few days waiting on it arriving as of course I wanted it as soon as possible! Paperwork went through, agreement set up with no fuss, got phone call to say the car had arrived and took following day off work to mark the occasion.
I have developed a great relationship with the salesman, David Gemmell, his colleague Claire and the rest of the team at Douglas Park in Stirling. They have looked after us really well from start to finish.

Friendly staff easy to deal with
I had ordered a car from another company in June and I was let down! I came to BMW and the fast professional service was second to none.
I previously had a Volkswagen on order for 8 months but due to wltp hold ups they could not build it. So I ordered my first BMW from my local dealer and they were amazing and kept me updated weekly on the progress of my car. Will be recommending.
Again, all went very well. Was kept updated on the car all through production and day of delivery was very smooth and well informed from the center staff.

Once I agreed to buy the Car I felt I was a low priority for Information Communication. Paperwork was doubled handed or on occasions miss laid. I had to visit on 3 occasions to sign paperwork. Its not the 1st time this has happened & not the last.

As I had to provide information on my car over the phone, my car in the day had extra mileage and scratches which were not declared, Gemma resolved this issue instanly with little cost.
The only reason I have not given the top score is due to the amount of paperwork that needed to be completed, but this is probably the case in all garages.
We had no issues at all and were kept updated as to delivery dates of our new car.
The salesman Neil Paterson listened to what our requirements were and answered all questions. The test drive was excellent and lasted about 45 minutes. I think the name of the guy who took us was Richard. Neil explained all of the features on pick up
The purchasing of the car was quick, straightforward and easy. The delivery of the car was even better. My husband has MS and on the day of delivery was not feeling great so the car was driven to our house by one of the team to save us any hassle.
