Had to wait around longer than expected as no one could be bothered to call to say work had been done, also inside of car had oily marks on door handle, door card and windows, was not happy

What required to be done was done effectively
I felt the service desk attitude was poor & didn't really care about explaining why a £44,000 cars stealing rack had failed 5000 miles old. Because it was a warrenty task their attitude was more, I shouldn't care it's free.

Promised a courtesy car as I have a disabled child but they couldn't give me one apparently there insurance didn't cover me but some 6 months ago got a courtesy car without issue.

Personal and vehicle details not accurate. At booking I requested a copy of the full diagnostic check to be undertaken but this was not given to me. Reason given to me was GDPR-this is spurious. Also warranty did not cover repair costs to faulty PDC.

As above, plus an oil and microfilter service, which takes somewhat less than an hour, should not cost anything like the amount charged.
After dropping our car off for its health check, we were offered coffee, and, should we need it, transport to and from the town, staff very efficient.
Brilliant team, extremely helpful and flawless service
I reported the car and gave a description of the symptoms. I was told what the likely fault was and asked to drop my car 1st thing. Later that day I called to be told my car would have to stay another day as the part was not available.

I booked a service and was told it would take 2 hours. On arrival, I was informed of a software update that could take up to 8 hours. When questioned, the staff member was not helpful, the service manager did help, but I was not happy initially.
You guys kept my car from Monday to Thursday and found the issue that BMW Hamilton couldn't. Very happy with the work put out! Happy customer!
I would give no stars if I could, following my exerience on the Monday, 2 days later the warning light came on again as tyre was registering a loss of air and was back down to 1.8. You can imagine my frustration & contacted Douglas Park again.

First time in this dealership so took on at face value.
Friendly and helpful staff, dealership is clean and modern.
Not able to staisfy condition of appointment due to online booking error. Staff in dealership were however pleasant as always but could not do anything to fix the situation.
As explained above. Also, the repair was extraordinarily expensive (£1,700/1,900 as I recall) for what appeared to be minor damage. I assume this was largely due to the high cost of BMW replacement components (light fittings)

Had to wait over 30 mins for a lift to town centre. I was originally told there was no courtesy car available, then later that day when it was discovered the part my car needed was not in stock, I was offered a 7 series, which is a great car
for the service department only. MOT was a pain-free experience
HAD TO FIGHT TO GET THEM TO ACCEPT THIS WAS AMAJOR FAULT AND BMW SHOULD CARRY COSTS
The service was done more quickly than I thought it would.
Car broke down on the way home after service department was closed, sales team were happy to take the car in and handover to the service department. All this was done without having a booking slot for the car. Repairs done timely and kept updated.
Had to have my summer tyres put back on and somehow since taking them off and putting them back on I have a puncture

I have always took my BMWs to Stirling and I feel the service has improved and also the bmw experience has got better

Polite staff and always helpful
In the past the car was vacuum cleaned and wash,They ommited to reset the programme on the car. This meant that I had to return to the garage because of the error messages. Indicaing that the car needs a service

Salesman attention to detail and helpfulness and although not available on delivery day had ensured excellent cover from colleagues who ensured a smooth handover. Follow up phone call on his return to check all was well.
