I felt that while all was efficient somebody from the Service team could possibly have made themselves available to enquire whether I had any further queries about the car's performance.
See above. Over £1000 of unnecessary parts and labour on an 8 year old car. No common sense applied whatsoever.
No fuss no bother. coffee and attentive staff while we waited Car valeted on completion.
Gemma Colville was attentive and ensured my booking was taken and work carried out in a timely manner with a smile. Graeme Leckie Service Manager also took an active part in both my visits. My Car on both accasions had a service valet..free.5 Stars
Much more personal service than in comparison with Edinburgh BMW who couldn't understand that I was buying the car and not my husband !!

Good service but way overpriced for service content
Besides very friendly approach from Graham, I wasn't satisfied at all. I left my car twice and the reason for my problem couldn't be solved. Even the reason couldn't be identified.
The whole team were very attentive, as per usual.

The staff are usually amazing but this time they replaced the wrong wheel which was being done under warranty. I pointed this out and they changed it. They however damaged the valve on the tyre which meant I had to go back again. Disappointing

Car developed a fault while driving into Stirling. Took it down to Douglas Park fully expecting to have to book it in. Although they were very busy they kept the car and it was repaired and ready for collection the following morning.
Car was delivered for a minor service and MOT at 1-am and I only left the showroom after 5pm and after complaining and pushing to get my car returned.
Shocked and disappointed in the failures with service. Did not listen to what I said so when car was booked in specific issue wasnt even checked. Further to this because my partner now works for Douglas Park I am no longer treated as a customer.

3 hours to change 2 wheels????? Had I been told when I arrived that it would take so long I could have walked into the town and came back later or re-arranged for another day. I expected it to take, at most, one hour.
Unsatisfactory response or resolution of issues with the rear doors of my car freezing shut. And I know that the valet of the car is a courtesy but it wasn't cleaned very well.
I am totally disappointed and heart broken of their performance, won't trust them again and won't go back to them.

Person I spoke to over the phone regarding an update on my car was very rude and unhelpful. During another call regarding redelivery of my car it seemed to be a major inconvenience for the garage.
Service was completed in timely fashion and I was updated on its progress.
Due to having 4 visits to get a fault fixed that was meant to be checked when leaving the depot.

The service and the emergent work re Brake discs were completed on the day. The technician, Jamie Proudfoot sent a very clear and concise video which described his findings and showed the issue with the discs. The car was washed and cleaned.
I have been using DP Stirling Service department for 6 years now and they have never let the car down!
The car was in to have its alloy wheels replaced. This was done however the tyre pressures on two wheels were incorrect 2.55 instead of 2.4 and 2.35 instead of 2,2 measured when the tyres were cold. One tyre valve cap was missing and there was mud sp
At Stirling centre I was very satisfied & have no complaints. But I am completely dissatisfied with Douglas Park overall, with respect to constant phone calls, emails & texts. Stirling was a great branch when Menzies, but DP have depersonalised.

Yet again the service staff contacted the incorrect person which delayed return of car and affected experience. Also Z4 was in garage a few weeks before and staff didn't mention MOT was due a few weeks later so had to book elsewhere.
We have had all our BMW service requirements carried out in Stirling, when it was originally Menzies, now Douglas Park, as the long standing personnel have ensured a competent and efficient service.
No offer to collect car or provide replacement whilst fault was corrected. They also failed to correct one of the items
Had to wait around longer than expected as no one could be bothered to call to say work had been done, also inside of car had oily marks on door handle, door card and windows, was not happy

Authorisation was required to complete MOT and message left on my mobile rather than my landline as requested meaning I missed the call and car retained in garage overnight.

What required to be done was done effectively
I felt the service desk attitude was poor & didn't really care about explaining why a £44,000 cars stealing rack had failed 5000 miles old. Because it was a warrenty task their attitude was more, I shouldn't care it's free.

Promised a courtesy car as I have a disabled child but they couldn't give me one apparently there insurance didn't cover me but some 6 months ago got a courtesy car without issue.

Personal and vehicle details not accurate. At booking I requested a copy of the full diagnostic check to be undertaken but this was not given to me. Reason given to me was GDPR-this is spurious. Also warranty did not cover repair costs to faulty PDC.

As above, plus an oil and microfilter service, which takes somewhat less than an hour, should not cost anything like the amount charged.

After dropping our car off for its health check, we were offered coffee, and, should we need it, transport to and from the town, staff very efficient.

I reported the car and gave a description of the symptoms. I was told what the likely fault was and asked to drop my car 1st thing. Later that day I called to be told my car would have to stay another day as the part was not available.
You guys kept my car from Monday to Thursday and found the issue that BMW Hamilton couldn't. Very happy with the work put out! Happy customer!
I booked a service and was told it would take 2 hours. On arrival, I was informed of a software update that could take up to 8 hours. When questioned, the staff member was not helpful, the service manager did help, but I was not happy initially.
Paperwork and registration was organised quickly. We were given a comprehensive overview on the controls and operation of the car.
Handover of vehicle was rushed and never had a follow up call from dealership to find out if everything ok.

All went as expected once I had decided to buy my car. Douglas Park made it easy.

Unfortunately, I purchased my vehicle at a very busy time of year and the sales staff were trying to deal with multiple customers. I appreciate that it was not their fault.

If it was just about the sales process I would have given a five star rating as the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful however the pick up experience was a big disappointment.
