Car broke down on Christmas Eve, however, fault was rectified on first working day after Christmas.

In the past the car was vacuum cleaned and wash,They ommited to reset the programme on the car. This meant that I had to return to the garage because of the error messages. Indicaing that the car needs a service

The Parts Manager (Callum) and David my sales exec have been first class and resolved any issues I had. Didn't list completely satisfied as I had to pay more for different wheels but Callum gave me a really good deal so a very happy customer.
No customer courtesy call received after either visit to check if work completed to satisfaction. Also had to report scuffing to front bumper on pick up and wait on bodyshop checking.
Managed to complete job in agreed time. Waiting area had no papers or magazines and a tv which had a static advertisement on screen. Coffee machine was available and receptionist kind and thoughtful.
They did what was asked and started as soon as car was dropped off. Although, a little more pricey than quoted at another BMW dealerships.
Once I got the service booked, the delivery was faultless - potential delay in getting an appointment was going to have ruined the experience but thankfully the Service Manager stepped in a suitable time was found
Good quick service with all needs easily taken care of
I booked my service online for collection and delivery, I got a call two days later to say this wasn't available to me as I was outside the 10 mile radius. There was nothing to tell me this when I booked it. I will now need to wait till the new year

received a video shows rear 9mm and front 8mm Blake pads. No work required and computer would be reset. But I was charged for new front brakes. Showed video to Service manager who said the outer was measured and not the inner pad. Not convincing

Very poor communications and customer service. Major service is due in March, if no marked improvement, I will go elsewhere. Complete lack of engagement with customer.

I felt the time awaiting a new tyre was too long and the cost of it £350 had too much of a mark up compared with the same tyre from Kwik Fit and Black Circles. Although I had tyre insurance I still have to pay half. Getting a hire car was appreciated

Completely dissatisfied is an understatement. The 5yr service plan is worthless and tricks BMW owners into believing all service work required will be carried out including all fluid changes when in fact it only covers certain work and not all fluids

Gemma was quick to offer to try and assist with a technical issue with a newly purchased vehicle whilst the expert was busy. Although not able to relive the issue herself arranged for a tech expert to contact me when they became available.

I asked for the power socket where a cigarette lighter would be to be checked as it is not charging my sat nav and got home after the service and it was still not charging my sat nav so overall disappointed

Efficient staff who explained that further work had to be done to solve problem. Arranged transport home to await completion. Contacted to say car was now ready and were going to uplift me, but I was already en route
I was a bit annoyed at the attitude of the customer service person I spoke to, as to why my service record hadnt been reset, and felt pressured to have work done, when no wear indicators had come on?
Only been driving BMW for 5 years but never felt more like a valued customer in all my years owning a car. Not just the Ultimate Driving Machine, more like the Ultimate Customer Experience!
The car was serviced, and enhancements installed. I experienced no problems whatsoever when I received my car back after being cleaned for me. I had to contact the branch a few days later to ask them to forward on the relevant service paper work.

Tyre insurance issue in detail below. The service dept could not establish I had the insurance I thought I had, but Peter Vardy Edinburgh where I purchased the vehicle advised later that I definitely had insurance and it should have easy to confirm.

Salesman attention to detail and helpfulness and although not available on delivery day had ensured excellent cover from colleagues who ensured a smooth handover. Follow up phone call on his return to check all was well.

We were informed that the car would be delivered in about eight weeks from the point of order. Subsequently, this stretched out to twelve weeks and, finally, to almost four months. The updates on the delivery were undermined by a lack of credibility
