Good level of detail towards car repair
Excellent help as car was recovered by AA and delivered to Douglas Park. The car was ready in 48 hours which was excellent. I should point out that the car is ten years old and runs well it was a suspension spring that failed.
Staff are always helpful and efficient

The facility and the mechanics are good. The issue I have is that the department are often busy and the receptionist at switchboard will say she will get someone to call back. On 2 out or the last 3 occasions I phoned I did not get the callback

Car collected t my home address and serviced, informed of the price paid for over the phone as agreed with service clerk and returned to me at my home after being washed cleaned and hoovered carpets. Excellent service.

The reasons for the visit were dealt with efficiently but no real understanding to concerns with the reasons for the issues resulting in the need for the visit.
Always surprised have to wait 2 hours to get 4 wheels changed over. Some tyre dressing had been applied to the wheels that had got on the rims and I had to clean off with solvent myself. The wheels were immaculate before storage as I cleaned myself

In my experience this branch offers and awful standard of customer service and aftercare. Staff in branch make promises face to face with customers on site and never deliver on these.
Trying to speak to someone on the Service desk was tricky, i tried to get through several times to find out if my car was ready to be cut off twice. Reception apologised for the inconvenience.

See above. Over £1000 of unnecessary parts and labour on an 8 year old car. No common sense applied whatsoever.
I felt that while all was efficient somebody from the Service team could possibly have made themselves available to enquire whether I had any further queries about the car's performance.
Easy drop off & collection with helpful staff
No fuss no bother. coffee and attentive staff while we waited Car valeted on completion.
Much more personal service than in comparison with Edinburgh BMW who couldn't understand that I was buying the car and not my husband !!

Good service but way overpriced for service content
Besides very friendly approach from Graham, I wasn't satisfied at all. I left my car twice and the reason for my problem couldn't be solved. Even the reason couldn't be identified.

Went above and beyond to get my car through its first MOT
I was told the service would take approx 45 mins, however it took 2 hours.
The staff are usually amazing but this time they replaced the wrong wheel which was being done under warranty. I pointed this out and they changed it. They however damaged the valve on the tyre which meant I had to go back again. Disappointing
It was all very effortless and easy to complete, was all done at a time that suited me.
Car developed a fault while driving into Stirling. Took it down to Douglas Park fully expecting to have to book it in. Although they were very busy they kept the car and it was repaired and ready for collection the following morning.

Car was delivered for a minor service and MOT at 1-am and I only left the showroom after 5pm and after complaining and pushing to get my car returned.

Shocked and disappointed in the failures with service. Did not listen to what I said so when car was booked in specific issue wasnt even checked. Further to this because my partner now works for Douglas Park I am no longer treated as a customer.
Again everything went smoothly only small thing was no small extras eg last time I bought a bmw I received free umbrella this time for more expensive car nothing !

Very efficient at producing finance figures, sourcing vehicle for me and having it prepared ready in less than two weeks. The staff at the centre were all very welcoming and attentive during our visits

Although the two week wait for delivery was acceptable the fact that the information on the dash indicated my new car's battery needed replaced - three weeks down the line this still hasn't been rectified.
Follow up to e-mails after we had car was very poor. still have not had one answered.
The treatment could not have been better
Paperwork and registration was organised quickly. We were given a comprehensive overview on the controls and operation of the car.
Handover of vehicle was rushed and never had a follow up call from dealership to find out if everything ok.
