Car 'broke down' 2 days after being repaired!
As mentioned above - the straight forward service was fine - but it's hard to ignore the shocking service I am currently experiencing.
everything was done as requested
Car pre-booked in at a specific time for a specified straightforward service yet nearly 6 hours until it was returned.
Always well organised, can usually can accommadate me waiting for the vehicle.

Just making life easy, drop off the car, gave me a hand with my boy whilst we switched to the hire car. Collection was just as smooth a transaction as dropping off. Thanks guys.

Service Manager did not return my communication as he had staff off sick. Had to escalate my complaint to branch head of business. Servicing at Douglas Park Stirling needs a clear out

Lack of communication. Failure to respond to two requests for a call regarding progress of recall work.

largely excellent --- desk and 'phone staff can occasionally be slightly terse - speak too quickly as if in a hurry
On the last occasion, I visited the dealership, to present the vehicle to you to have the ERG valve cooling system upgraded as per BMW'S vehicle recall to the workshop to receive the necessary fix.
All the staff in the service department were friendly, especially when I mentioned I had a dog for transport to get me home. Everyone smiled and was polite so couldn't have asked for more.
They came and picked up the car kept me updated with its progress and delivered it back
They carried out the repair and received my car the following day
In short, My car had 2 punctures and an issue with a valve on another tyre. I managed to get 2 miles out of my car before the issues started. After multiple visits to the garage I was £300 lighter and was initially refused the return of my old tyres.

The price I booked online (£181) was not the price I had to pay (£300+), as it was much much more for a standard service. Very misleading
The car service was excellent but I did ask the receptionist to look at a small scratch on my front bumper which is covered by an insurance I purchased when I purchased the car. She said she would have it checked by the body shop.
kept up to date on progress
Car ready within a few hours and a text was sent to let me know. Car came back all washed and hoovered and looking great.

Took 4 days to find and fix an oil leak. Car returned twice with fault still apparent immediately upon driving car.

Having bought 2 new cars from dealer over the past 35 mths, they refused to complete warranty work on my car given their assessment of work carried out by a BMW approved body shop. Also, missed that their was a tool left under bonnet in 2018!!
All the Staff are all very helpful, pleasant and we couldn't be anymore welcomed when we arrived at the garage. Duncan in the service department is such a great help, Jean, Lorna, Neil and Duncan are assets to the company, nothing is a problem.
Apart from the lack of a courtesy car the service was good. Didn't really need a courtesy video telling me how much wear was on my tyres and brakes but I'm sure some people may find this helpful
I suggested they recompense me for wasting 3 hours of my time while they fitted and then removed the wrong wheel. They said it was just a mistake. I pointed out it was not my mistake and my time was wasted. They didn't see it that way.
Face to face customer support is excellent. However over the phone or via email, support is less than forthcoming. Emails and calls are not responded to in a timeous manner.

Great customer service. However, I would have given 5 stars if I had been offered a drop off into town while my car was being serviced.
Staff extremely courteous, level of experience dealing with my car was top class.
Have asked 3 times now to have my connected app sorted. Service manager promised to resolve it and call me to confirm, but hasn't. Called to chase up, no call back
Repairs completed in good time
The people on service reception no nothing about cars and can't answer basic questions with any clarity/confidence. You must be aware of this?

Excellent help as car was recovered by AA and delivered to Douglas Park. The car was ready in 48 hours which was excellent. I should point out that the car is ten years old and runs well it was a suspension spring that failed.

Again everything went smoothly only small thing was no small extras eg last time I bought a bmw I received free umbrella this time for more expensive car nothing !
