Sales executive very friendly, really helpful and didn't come across as a high pressure salesman. He was really cooperative arranging deal and pick up of new car. He offered additional assistance after sale regarding controls I didn't understand.

Caelan was very helpful from the outset and throughout our buying experience. When there was an issue discovered with the passenger window on our day for picking up our new car he went out of his way to source a replacement window and have it fitted.

Booked online well in advance for a Sat morning slot.Waited whilst work was done.Free Tea,coffee,magazines to read. Good discount on parts and labour as my car is7 years old. Competitive price for the work done compared to non BMW dealer garages.

Since my car had its major service the SatNav has malfunctioned. A bit annoying as the 1st time I tried to use it after the service was on a 1000 mile road trip that I really could have done with it working
