This was our 7th BMW. It was like returning home after using other centres and car brands for the past 12 years. I was delighted to deal with the whole gang. My last 1 Series was very well looked after so I was keen to return.

Very easy and smooth - and so quick!! We visited the showroom on the Sunday with an initial first enquiry and were driving our new car out the showroom on the Friday - unbelievable service.

2 cars in recently, service was great. Many thanks to Duncan for keeping us well informed on the progress of the X3. AC works, sensor fault fixed and the boot looks to be dry again. We've not had heavy rain since the repair to really test it.
