Very satisfied, Ross was very professional and friendly throughout the process. Communication was great via telephone and email. When I was allocated a registration I wasn't keen on having he quickly sorted it with no fuss.

Lee, our car salesman was very knowledgeable about the car I chose. When discussing the financial aspects of the car deal, I didn't like the desk setup as I felt everyone around could hear our conversation.

My car has developed a warranty issue with the battery and I have yet to receive a call back from the service advisor to advise when the car can be booked in to have the battery replaced as Sytner and Douglas park are refusing to accept responsibilit

We arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before the prearranged time. The salesman was heading out of the door as we were walking in. This man ignored us not as much as a nod of his head in acknowledgment. He went on a test drive with another customer.
