Love the update video that you get during the service/MOT to know what's going on. Bit disappointed my car wasn't cleaned as I'm used to but imagine it's a covid-19 thing
Fixed car quickly and well.
All staff were very friendly and did their utmost to resolve my problem. Special thank you to the young lady on reception, Duncan, the Service Manager and Chris who took the time to help me late on a busy Friday afternoon.

My vehicle was booked in at a time and date that suited me. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. My vehicle was returned having been washed and hoovered. All in all a very easy and pleasant experience as normal.

During the Service the engineers identified a problem with Dunlop tyres. It was a unique situation as the tyres seemed to have unusual flaws causing a noticeable noise when driving. Duncan Millar (CSM) sorted it all out for me and I have new tyres

Staff were helpful and when I was unable to operate an automatic gear box on the courtesy car a manual replacement was found with no fuss. Car also came back minus the rattle I had mentioned .

We have always had our vehicles serviced at Douglas Park in Stirling, that was initially Menzies, as knowing the team who are always courteous, helpful and knowledgable makes all the difference.
Both Vehicles were bought from new, the X3 and X5 services were carried out at Douglas Park and I've had first class services over the years.
