I had an appointment booked for 11:00am, work wasn't started umtil 50 minutes after this. Once work was started it was ready quickly and they allowed me time to wax the wheel before it was finally fitted.

Service completed as promised plus advice on tyre levels and other items of interest to me.
The car was collected from my house and delivered back after it was serviced and had been cleaned for me too.

I feel the brake discs and pads are of inferior quality.Mainly the STEEL quality of the discs which should not be worn after 7,500mls.
It was pointed it that because we paid for a courtesy car that our car would be last to get serviced. I found this disappointing.

I always book an automatic courtesy vehicle while my car is in for it's service. On collection, I was handed a manual. With no real hesitation, the service team managed to find me an automatic to take away that morning. Excellent service.

Required tyres after MoT. First offer was way over priced and was brought down 25% when queried. That is not good service. dealer should be doing their best for the customer. The tyres were invoiced by the dealer - Parks Stirling

They serviced the car at the time they stated, they fixed a dangerous fault, returned the car washed and hoovered.The staff are very attentive while you wait. was offered drinks and the WIFI code, they keep you updated with whats going on.

The autocentre is a very pleasant environment to browse, buy or even wait while your vehicle is serviced or undergoes a minor repair or fitting. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The service Ive experienced there is highly professional.
Well, phoned and arranged a suitable day, picked up car from my work - 5mins away and returned once complete. Paid over the phone but some issue with the service package which after 20 min still left me none the wiser and no package available.
We have been a long standing customer of BMW in Stirling, and it is refreshing to see a number of familiar faces who have been with the company many years. Apart from customer satisfaction, it proves a company is worthy of loyal employees.

Car came in for 1st annual service whereby I reported the lighting faults to be checked/addressed. Upon collection of vehicle I was told that parts were needed to be ordered to address one of the lighting faults. A rebook date was required.
The service was ok but prior to this I had an Audi and feel that their service has the edge. Car was always cleaned and you were always walked back to your car to ensure all was ok. This did not happen at BMW.

When I booked in the car i asked for a manual courtesy car, arrived at the garage and they had an automatic for me. Sheet on courtesy car had the wrong level of diesel on it so had to pay a £5 for diesel, my car had dropped diesel on its return
Would have been higher if the garage had allowed me to get the car serviced at the same time as the MOT within the period of my service agreement.
Very easy to deal with, quick and efficient, kept me up to date and were professional but friendly. I really appreciate the fact that my car gets cleaned when I visit. It make me feel valued and that staff doing something extra for me

We were not entirely satisfied with the delivery date which was postponed several times. We were never given a satisfactory reason for the delay.
Nice touch having my name on a screen congratulating me on my purchase! Neil then spent time going through all aspects of the car and the media/ comms system and onboard computer. The IT genius was also fantastic, ensuring my iconnect was set up.

For the reasons given above my BMW experience was disappointing, I expected better from a "premium company" but it actually fell below what I would accept from lesser companies.
