Found the video of the inspection really interesting and helpful. Have to take car back for a few issues to be resolved.
The service was done 1500 miles before it was really required, but there was a technical issue which had to be fixed with the Drive train and as we were going on holiday both issues were done at the same visit. Perfect for me.
Anytime I have visited this BMW branch I have received excellent customer service and been treated kindly by all members of staff I have come across. I usually have my young daughter with me and they always acknowledge her and make sure she is happy!
They told me how long it should take and that let me organise the day effectively.

The different departments are a little too disjointed. So one time the body shop hadn't spoken to the service reception. Maybe a centralised 'job card' system that can be updated by all involved there and then?

It wasnt till after the service that I found a loyalty plastic card in my wallet which would have given me a 10% reduction on the £300 plus bill. It would have been more customer friendly to enquire of me at the outset whether I had such a card.

The work carried out on the car was fine, but was disappointed in the fact the internal trim panel on the tailgate was scraped by the guys forcing the box containing old parts in! Didnt notice till I got home and this I didnt expect!!
Car was picked up and dropped off which made my life so much easier. It was also cleaned.

The staff and workmanship was delivered in a professional, responsive and timely manner.One of the staff, Mr Mark Crook, even helped my husband and child get to Douglas Park after coincidentally crossing them walking from the train station.
Walked through the door, someone took my keys as I walked in, checked in at the service desk and was away again in a courtesy car. Always appreciate the wash and vac the car gets when its in, previous service centres have been awful at this. Thanks!
The required work was carried out as required, my vehicle was washed and hoovered and returned in a reasonable timescale.

I had an appointment booked for 11:00am, work wasn't started umtil 50 minutes after this. Once work was started it was ready quickly and they allowed me time to wax the wheel before it was finally fitted.

Service completed as promised plus advice on tyre levels and other items of interest to me.
The car was collected from my house and delivered back after it was serviced and had been cleaned for me too.

It was pointed it that because we paid for a courtesy car that our car would be last to get serviced. I found this disappointing.

I feel the brake discs and pads are of inferior quality.Mainly the STEEL quality of the discs which should not be worn after 7,500mls.

Our new car was everything we wished and early delivery and everyone made a fuss about us
Nice touch having my name on a screen congratulating me on my purchase! Neil then spent time going through all aspects of the car and the media/ comms system and onboard computer. The IT genius was also fantastic, ensuring my iconnect was set up.
We were not entirely satisfied with the delivery date which was postponed several times. We were never given a satisfactory reason for the delay.
Mrs Mckenzie was very helpful with great knowledge and consideration
For the reasons given above my BMW experience was disappointing, I expected better from a "premium company" but it actually fell below what I would accept from lesser companies.
